Cool is a word with many implied meanings - depending on context and how it is pronounced.
Everyone (with the possible exception of ESL) knows this. I.E:
Cool - A moderately chilly temperature
Cool - A calm mood
Cool - A middle of the road response. Syn: Neat
Cool.- A short, annoyed response Syn: Fine
Coooooooool - Sarcastically un-cool
“Bitch” is similar. For my non-gays, I thought I’d give you some examples:
Bitch - A complaint
Bitch - Female dog
Bitch - An unpleasant person
Bitchhh - A nod in agreement
Bitttttccccchhhh - “I can’t even believe you”
