A friend of mine recently needed to fill a dish washing position.
At 2:45, he posted the availability on Craigslist.
By 3:3o he’d received over 250 e-mails.
E-mails kept coming in, so the posting was removed. He says he typically receives significantly fewer than the 6 e-mails per minute he received with this posting.
The moral of the story is this:
If you’re looking to fill a minimum wage position - use Criagslist
If you’re looking to find a minimum wage position - don’t
